for illnesses only, no appointment required during this
hour. We see all illnesses the same day.

Cancellations
Northwest Pediatrics charges a $25 no show fee to families
who do not show up for their scheduled appointments.
To avoid being charged this fee, please make sure to
cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
The
no show fee has been implemented to ensure physician
availability for all families trying to schedule same
day sick visits.
We
appreciate your understanding in the matter.
Evening
& Weekend & Holiday Calls
If you experience an emergency
such as convulsions or trauma, please call 911.
The Dublin office is open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m. You may call the offices on holidays and
after hours (Dublin – 766.6321, UA – 457.6461)
and a voice recording will provide the pager number
of the physician on call. Once you page the physician
on call, they will return your call as soon as possible.
The pager system is to be used for urgent or serious
problems only. Well-patient questions and/or visits
are to be scheduled during regular business hours.

we offer you the option to contact our billing office

you have a question regarding a statement you recently
received and would like for an account representative

here. Please provide ONLY your name, the patient's
name, date of birth, account number and a telephone
number (including area code) where you can be reached
during normal business hours. An account representative
will contact you within 48 hours by e-mail or phone

you are in need of immediate medical attention or feeling
ill, please call (Dublin 614.766.6321) or (Upper Arlington
614.457.6461). Email responses can take up to 24 hours
or longer if we would receive your online request form
Tuesday or during a weekend. Our "online"
office hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through
Friday.
